The barrier-free new building welcomes visitors in the building with natural light-flooded public areas as well as with atmospheric comfort in the more intimate areas. The three-part nature of the pool areas of the building (saltwater pool, family pool and sports pool) is easily identified by visitors because the different colors used in each pool area: orange for the saltwater area, green for the family area and blue for the sports area. This is further enhanced through the newly developed logos and wayfinding for the building. The salt water area, which can be used all year round, forms the focal point and the heart of the facility. With its 560 square metres of water, it will be the largest saltwater swimming hall in the region.  In addition to the cafe at the foyer, the gastronomy offers include a poolside catering. The saltwater restaurant with a central fireplace and flexible seating options provides bathers with regional and fresh products.
