Thermal baths „Vulkaneifel Therme“, Bad Bertrich

Projektdaten einblenden

It was not possible to close the old baths during the construction period. So we had to build a new construction instead of modernizing the old ones. The extremely steep slope in this wooded, romantic environment demanded an unusual solution for thermal baths.

The facility is staggered up the slope on several levels. The glass entrance hall alone has three levels. Right at the top, not visible from the outside, is the extensive sauna area, while the indoor and outdoor thermal area stretches towards a sheltered, sun-kissed hill-side yard. Here you will find a range of pools and many treatment areas. A central catering station provides food and beverages for guests, and all thermal baths are barrier-free despite the considerable difference in heights. Surprising and fascinating views of the delightful surroundings accompany guests on their journey through the building.
