Open Air Swimming Pool „Olpe“, Olpe

Projektdaten einblenden

An open air pool by the lake and a fantastic location. The snag: the water area of the pool had to be reduced. That is why we switched our attention to the lake and designed a sophisticated concept for the remaining water area.

A main axis now calls the shots. Wooden sundecks and stands provide space to see and be seen. With clear-cut geometry and a recently extended indoor pool in harmonious design, the outdoor landscaping and planting concept supports the opening of the open air pool to the lake. Volleyball courts as well as zones for games and activities provide room for unlimited action.

A 33m long pool with three lanes for athletes was skilfully combined with a learner’s pool and steps. We also added a variety of water attractions, and finished with a small but highly attractive pool for all the family.
